We are seeking a skilled Hotel Maintenance Engineer to join our team. Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and other hotel facilities.
- Analyze schematics to troubleshoot issues effectively and implement solutions.
- Maintain high standards of safety while working with high voltage and low voltage electrical systems.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely completion of maintenance requests.
- Uphold customer service excellence by responding promptly to guest inquiries regarding facility issues.
Experience
- Proven experience as a commercial mechanic or similar role within a hotel/apartment facility.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in commercial maintenance.
- Familiarity with precision measuring instruments, ammeters, and other relevant tools.
- Previous exposure to customer service is a plus.
- Proficient in English with strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and guests.
