THE DETAILS
On The Go Apparel is seeking a Full-Time Regional Brand Merchandising Lead to handle grocery, drug, and mass accounts (including Walmart, Stop & Shop, and CVS) in Southern Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Connecticut.
Candidates should have at least 3+ years Sales and/or Merchandising experience. This is a true ROAD WARRIOR JOB — upwards of 300-500 miles per week, with 5-8 stops/day. You will drive a company vehicle - so no more mileage put on your personal car. The company pays 100% of travel expenses, including gas, tolls, vehicle maintenance, and other business travel expenses.
YOUR DAILY ROUTINE (5-8 Stops per Day)
- Check-in with the Department Manager.
- Straighten the product back to the Plan-O-Gram.
- Replace missing price tags.
- Write orders on a company tablet.
- Pull & invoice the order.
- Verify counts with receiver.
- Pack out product onto display.
ADDITIONAL DUTIES
- Cover ALL assigned stores each day / each week.
- Merchandise our products according to company standards.
- Ensure products are placed properly and shelves are clean.
- Fill displays to avoid out-of-stocks.
- Rotate products.
- Complete daily, weekly, and monthly KPI checklists.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record (No DUI’s).
- Ability to lift 10-25 lb boxes repeatedly, up to 25 times per day.
- Ability to climb in and out of delivery truck, reach top shelves, bend down to bottom shelves, & drive up to 2 hours non-stop.
- Ability to work up to 50 hours per week.
- Available to work early morning hours (5 AM start).
- Associate's degree is preferred.
- 21 years of age or older.
- Computer literate with Internet access (Email, Excel, Word, pdf’s, etc.).
- MUST be able to pass a Drug Test and DOT Physical.
SUCCESS CRITERIA
In addition to meeting the minimum requirements, successful Reps have demonstrated a strong work ethic, prior merchandising/delivery experience, excellent organizational skills, and a sincere desire to learn.

Pay: $52,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
