We are seeking a motivated HVAC Lead Installer to join our growing team. This position is responsible for leading residential installation projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship, mentoring installation helpers, and delivering exceptional service to our customers.
Responsibilities
Lead and perform residential HVAC system installations (ductwork, equipment, and accessories).

Train, mentor, and oversee installation helpers and apprentices.

Ensure jobs are completed on time, within budget, and in line with company standards.

Provide excellent communication with customers, team members, and supervisors.

Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized job site.

Accurately complete job-related paperwork and digital documentation.

Qualifications
3+ years of HVAC installation experience (lead or senior installer preferred).

Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, ductwork, and installation best practices.

Ability to manage and lead a small team in the field.

EPA certification required.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and clean background
