StretchLab is seeking personal trainers, exercise physiologists, athletic trainers, physical therapy aides, massage therapists, and Yoga/Pilates instructors to join our team of Flexologists.

StretchLab prides itself on having the finest team of stretching professionals and our proprietary Flexologist™ Training Program ensures that their clients receive a world class stretching session.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions
- Ensure safety of clients regarding proper stretch techniques and enforce StretchLab policies and safety rules
- Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions
- Assist sales associates and General Manager with studio operations
- Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations
- Maintain social media presence for client membership and retention
- Clean and maintain all equipment in order to ensure it is available for client use at any given time
Qualifications:
- Preferred backgrounds:
- Personal Trainer Physical Therapy Aide, Massage Therapist, Exercise Physiologist, Athletic Trainer, Pilates, or Yoga Instructor
- Fitness certification or degree in related field required (completed or in progress)
- Experience in a fitness/health environment with hands-on engagement with clients.
- Fantastic communication skills and exudes empathy.
- Must love connecting with people and have passion for helping them achieve goals.
- Must have a professional work ethic, be reliable and adhere to our attendance policies.
- Must be available to go through our Flexologist Training Program, including online tutorials and 2 days of in-person/hands-on training
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
