Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)Job Overview
At Yeshua's Sanctuary, we believe every child deserves to be celebrated, respected, and empowered to reach their fullest potential. Founded by the mother of a neurodivergent child, our mission is to provide a safe, neuro-affirming environment where children and families receive compassionate, evidence-based care that prioritizes meaningful progress over productivity metrics.
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will play an essential role in delivering individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with autism and other developmental disabilities. Working under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will implement personalized treatment plans that promote communication, independence, emotional regulation, daily living skills, and social development through play-based, assent-informed, and child-centered interventions.
At Yeshua's Sanctuary, we are more than an ABA center—we are a collaborative team that partners with families to create lasting, meaningful change while honoring each child's unique strengths, preferences, and individuality. If you are passionate about making a genuine difference and providing ethical, compassionate care, we'd love to have you join our team.

- Collect accurate and timely behavioral data to monitor progress toward treatment goals.
- Assist clients in developing communication, social, emotional regulation, adaptive living, and self-help skills.
- Support clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including hygiene, dressing, feeding, toileting, and increasing independence when appropriate.
- Collaborate closely with BCBAs, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, educators, and families to ensure consistency across environments.
- Participate in parent and caregiver collaboration by modeling intervention strategies and supporting skill generalization.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation while ensuring HIPAA compliance and organizational standards are met.
- Follow the BACB Ethics Code and Yeshua's Sanctuary's commitment to ethical, compassionate, and neuro-affirming care.
- Maintain a safe, engaging, and positive therapeutic environment while supporting each child's individual learning style.
