Hands On Tiling and Excavating, LLC is a tile and excavating contractor based out of Radcliffe, Iowa that specializes in agricultural drainage and commercial excavating.
DESCRIPTION OF WORK: We currently have a full-time opening on our tile installation and repair crews. . No experience necessary, we will provide on the job training.
Primary duties will include but are not limited to: working with crews in fields, digging trenches and waterways, installing drainage tile and other sub-surface structures, and the location and repair of existing field tile.
Secondary duties will include but are not limited to: heavy equipment operation (backhoes, skid-steers, excavators, vibratory packers, tractors, etc.), equipment maintenance, and shop work.
WORK CONDITIONS: This job takes place outdoors in all seasons and conditions. Seasonally hot or cold; dirty and wet conditions are common. Heavy lifting and other physical work are common and required.
Hours are seasonally dependent, but Monday-Friday with Saturdays as needed. Average hours per week are 40-60.

REQUIREMENTS:
-Valid driver’s license (Class A CDL preferred)
