Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Taking pictures of the site.
- Set up material, containment, and negative air pressure.
- Knowledge of demolition.
- Pick all trash, and debris, and double bag all waste. Hepa vacuum, wipe, and encapsulation.
- Making sure the work area is always clean and presentable.
- Follow OSHA, and AQMD guidelines.
- Asbestos removal
- Lead abatement
- Bio Cleaning
- Mold remediation
- Work includes handling hazardous materials and the use of personal protective equipment
Knowledge, skills, abilities required
- At least 1 year of experience in industry or related industries
- Team player
- Ability to escalate problems when appropriate
- A commitment to maintain high-quality standards
- Strong attendance record
- Accountable
- Must be in good physical condition - Job includes lifting, pushing, pulling heavy objects up to 25lbs
- Repetitive bending, kneeling, squatting
- Climbing ladders and working at heights
- Prolonged standing and walking
Highly Preferred:
- Driver’s license
- Asbestos Certification in California
- Bilingual English Spanish preferred
