Under direct supervision, the employee performs semiskilled and skilled building trades work involving the repair, maintenance, and construction of state buildings and related structures, including installing and maintaining security, climate control, and other facility systems. Applicants must have a high school diploma/GED and two (2) years of experience in building repairs and maintenance or in the specific area of assignment, or one (1) year of experience at the lower level General Trades Tech 1 (FET030) or equivalent.
