Job Overview
e53 Fulfillment is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining the efficiency of our warehouse operations by managing inventory, handling materials, and supporting shipping and receiving processes.
This position requires reliability, teamwork, and a strong focus on safety, accuracy, and quality in a fast-paced environment.
Key Duties
- Perform picking, packing, labeling, and order fulfillment with high accuracy.
- Manage inventory control processes to maintain correct stock levels and product organization.
- Load and unload products from trucks and containers while following OSHA safety standards.
- Use Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or handheld scanners to track inventory and process orders.
- Support shipping and receiving activities, verify shipments, and process returns.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to improve workflow and productivity.
- Forklift certification is required. Candidates must be certified and have prior experience operating forklifts safely in a warehouse environment.
Requirements
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred (training provided for entry-level).
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing for extended periods.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
