Position Overview:
We’re looking for creative, professional Licensed Nail Technicians to join our growing team at Mom’s Oasis. You’ll provide high-quality manicures and pedicures in a calm, elevated spa environment designed specifically for moms.

Commission Pay
Estimated $15–$25+/hour depending on experience, tenure, and booking volume
(New graduates are absolutely welcome to apply!)
Responsibilities:
- Perform professional manicures and pedicures with excellent attention to detail
- Maintain strict sanitation and safety standards in accordance with Utah State Board regulations
- Create a welcoming, relaxing experience for every guest
- Educate clients on service options, upgrades, and aftercare
- Support daily salon operations (light cleaning, restocking, client check-ins, etc.)
- Assist with other spa or salon services as trained, when needed
- Participate in team meetings, trainings, or promotional events

Requirements:
- Active, in-good-standing Utah Nail Technician License (required)
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Strong commitment to cleanliness, professionalism, and client care
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and positive team player
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings, weekends, or holidays
- Interest in long-term growth and building with a growing brand
While experience is best, no prior salon experience required — new graduates are encouraged to apply!
Compensation & Growth:
- Commission-based pay averaging $15–$25/hour depending on experience and tenure
- 0 years experience = 22% commission (~$15/hour average)
- Annual loyalty & experience raises (+2% each per year)
- Fully booked nail techs average $25/hour+
