WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Minimum 10 years of commercial project management experience
- At least 5 years managing healthcare construction projects valued at $5M+
- Experience communicating with C-suite stakeholders
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven success managing projects in Procore and/or Autodesk
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management (or equivalent experience)
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
- Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate and mitigate risks

WHAT WILL YOUR DAY LOOK LIKE?
You will play a key role in overseeing projects from start to finish, including:
- Developing and managing project plans using Microsoft Project
- Delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget
- Creating and maintaining detailed project documentation
- Managing change orders and project financials
- Identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies
- Building and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships
- Providing timely updates and escalation to leadership
- Leading meetings with clients and internal teams
- Driving problem-solving and decision-making while maintaining a positive client experience
- Communicating clearly and effectively across all levels of the organization
