Job Description
Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care in a long-term behavioral health facility serving adult residents. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive patient assessments, administering medications and treatments, monitoring patient progress, developing and implementing individualized care plans, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, and responding to changes in patient conditions. Collaborate closely with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to promote patient safety, recovery, and overall well-being while ensuring compliance with facility policies and nursing standards.
Requirements
- Active Pennsylvania RN License
- Current BLS Certification
- Minimum 1 year of RN experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Experience in behavioral health, long-term care, or psychiatric nursing is a plus, but not required
Pay: $45.00 - $52.00 per hour
