440 Main is now accepting applications for food servers/cocktail servers/bartenders for the summer season and beyond. We are an upscale, full-service restaurant providing extraordinary service to our guests.
What We Require
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in a full-service restaurant
- Availablity 4/5 nights per week, Fridays and Saturday are mandatory
- Job references required
What You’ll Do
- Provide friendly, attentive service to guests throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and drink orders using our POS system
- Deliver food and beverages quickly and correctly
- Recommend menu items and upsell when appropriate to enhance the guest experience
- Manage multiple tables while staying organized and efficient
- Respond to guest requests quickly and professionally to ensure a great dining experience
- Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude while working in a fast-paced environment
What We’re Looking For
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing personality
- A professional attitude and ability to work well with others
- Basic math skills for handling payments and cash transactions
- Good time management and the ability to multitask during busy shifts
- Confidence in recommending menu items and engaging with guests
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $300.00 - $800.00 per week
