Woman-owned boutique law firm seeking full-time or part-time immigration attorney with experience in O-1 and EB-1 cases, as well as knowledge of and passion for the arts and entertainment. The duties of this position are consulting with potential new O-1 and EB-1 clients; reviewing documents and cases for quality assurance; and corresponding with clients to answer their legal questions.
Experience with NIW’s and willingness to participate in marketing activities are also preferred but not required.

The right candidate will possess the following skills, experience, and attributes:
- Must be Licensed to practice Law in the US;
- 5 years+ experience;
- Significant experience with overseeing and reviewing O-1A, O-1B and EB-1A petitions;
- Familiarity with NIWs; (preferred)
- Willingness to learn and follow the processes and procedures we have put in place to ensure a smooth and efficient process;
- Support the Managing Attorney as needed;
- An excellent work ethic with a genuine desire to achieve the best results for your clients at all times;
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure effective quality reviews of case work;
- You genuinely enjoy communicating with clients in a calm, helpful, and empathetic manner (verbally, via Zoom, email etc.)
This role can be full-time with benefits, or part-time, and may be hybrid in our Los Angeles office or remote. Hours are M-F 9-5:30 PT **
Pay: Dependent on availability and experience
Pay: $57,500.00 - $137,500.00 per year
