What You'll Be Doing
- Support the Property Manager with daily community operations
- Assist with leasing, renewals, and resident retention
- Process rent payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Respond to resident questions and resolve concerns professionally
- Prepare reports, invoices, and purchase orders
- Help ensure lease files and compliance documentation remain accurate
- Assist with marketing initiatives and community outreach
Qualifications
- 1+ year of apartment management or leasing experience required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Property management software experience is a plus
