American Traveler is seeking a CT Technologist with 3+ years of experience in CT and X-ray for a night shift travel contract at an acute care community hospital in Georgetown, KY.

Radiology/CT department of a 75-bed acute care community hospital in Georgetown, KY

Patient population spans all ages — infant through geriatric — at a bariatric-certified facility

Friday through Sunday, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (3x12 night shifts)

Equipment includes GE Lightspeed 16 and 64-slice CT scanners and GE XR imaging equipment
-
EMR: MedHost
-
On-call required every 8th weekend and 1 holiday; must be available to report to the facility within 30 minutes of notification

No float requirements
-
15-week contract
-
Minimum 3 years of experience in CT and X-ray
-
ARRT (R) certification required; CT certification not required but candidates must be proficient in CT

BLS (AHA) required

Associate degree in Radiologic Technology required

KY State Radiation License required (license required if applicable)

Social Security number and date of birth required for consideration

AHA certifications required

Must be able to work in a stressful environment with minimal supervision and demonstrate critical thinking and decisive judgment

Perform CT and X-ray imaging across a diverse patient population including infants, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics

Must accept on-call assignments for regularly scheduled shifts

Orientation is held weekly on Mondays

Black scrubs required

Candidates must reside 60+ miles from the facility to be eligible for travel rates

Candidates who have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months are not eligible

Candidates who are employed full-time elsewhere are not eligible
