Responsibilities

Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing outstanding customer service and guiding them through their visit

Handle incoming phone calls with professionalism, utilizing proper phone etiquette to address inquiries promptly

Complete Canadian Conformity

Process vehicle titles for, used, wholesale, and dealer trades.

Monitor title schedules and follow up on outstanding titles.

Ensure all required documents are completed and signed properly.

Verify accuracy of title documents, lien information, odometer statements, and supporting paperwork.

Send or call all customers title when title paperwork is ready.

Maintain compliance with state, local, and federal regulations.

Assist with resolving title discrepancies and documentation issues.

Maintain accurate records of vehicle inventory and title status.

Maintain organized records of all title transactions, ensuring data entry accuracy and timely updates in the dealership’s database

Assist with inventory management by tracking vehicle titles, ensuring proper documentation for all vehicles in stock and sold units

Support sales team by managing client communication, follow-ups, and maintaining a robust sales pipeline to enhance customer engagement

File and maintain confidential records in an organized manner.

Qualifications

Previous dealership title clerk experience preferred.

Knowledge of DMV procedures, vehicle titling, and registration requirements.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Experience with dealership management systems (Tekion, VAuto, etc.) preferred.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
