Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure cleanliness, organization, and adherence to safety protocols.
- Supervise and guide housekeeping staff, providing training on cleaning procedures, safety regulations, and customer service excellence.
- Monitor daily cleaning operations, including industrial cleaning, janitorial tasks, laundry services, and custodial duties, ensuring timely completion.
- Enforce safety regulations related to chemical handling, equipment use, and workplace hazards to maintain a secure environment for staff and guests.
- Identify areas for improvement in cleaning processes and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and quality standards.
- Maintain detailed records of inspections, staff performance, safety compliance, and maintenance needs.
- Collaborate with management to develop schedules, assign tasks, and ensure consistent service delivery across all areas.
Requirements
- Proven experience in cleaning services, custodial work, or hotel housekeeping management with a strong focus on quality assurance.
- Supervising experience in industrial cleaning or hospitality environments is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively and motivate staff toward high performance.
- Knowledge of safety regulations related to chemical handling, equipment operation, and workplace safety standards.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in conducting inspections and maintaining records.
- Ability to oversee multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and management effectively.
