RITE Flooring & Construction is a small but growing residential remodeling company serving Southwest Washington. We specialize in flooring, bathrooms, kitchens, siding, decks, home renovations, and general carpentry. We're looking for a dependable, hardworking team member who takes pride in producing quality work and wants to grow with our company. We’re looking for someone who wants to get in at the start and grow with us. We’re a small family owned business that is slowly but surely growing and thriving.
Responsibilities
- Install LVP, laminate, hardwood, and tile flooring
- Perform framing, siding, trim, and finish carpentry
- Assist with kitchen and bathroom remodels
- Build decks, patio covers, and other exterior projects
- Complete demolition and job site preparation
- Load, unload, and maintain tools and materials
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and coworkers
Qualifications
- 2+ years of residential construction or remodeling experience preferred
- Experience with flooring installation and finish carpentry is a plus
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Able to lift 75+ lbs and work in all weather conditions
- Own basic hand tools
- Positive attitude, dependable, and willing to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay
$30–$35 per hour, depending on experience and skill level.
Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- 8-hour shifts
- Overtime opportunities available
