Position Summary
The Field Service Technician will provide both on-site and remote support to customers, including installation, troubleshooting, and servicing of equipment. This role requires 10–25% travel, primarily within North America, with occasional trips to Europe, Mexico, and Canada. When not traveling, this position will assist with the building and testing of company systems.
Education & Experience Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Panel Wiring
- 3–5 years of electrical and mechanical experience as a Field Service Technician, including travel by vehicle and/or air
- Strong technical, diagnostic, and problem-solving abilities
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
- PLC programming experience is a plus
Pay: $30.00 - $38.00 per hour
