Key Requirements
- Diagnose and repair residential electrical issues
- Perform panel upgrades, dedicated circuits, device replacements, and lighting installs
- Proficient in remodels and renovations from start to finish, including planning, troubleshooting, rough-in, trim-out, customer communication, documentation, and final completion
- Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners
- Present and close estimates using the company pricing system
- Maintain profitable job margins
- Maintain clean and organized truck inventory
- Submit complete documentation daily
- Protect company reputation at all times

- Has run a profitable service truck
- Understands flat-rate or structured pricing systems
- Is comfortable educating homeowners about electrical work and solutions
- Maintains an organized inventory in their service vehicle
