Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, with the ability to build, maintain, and repair various heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role requires a hands-on approach and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently in the field.
Duties
- Service, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential and light commercial settings
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment
- Diagnose issues with heating and cooling systems using schematics and technical manuals
- Perform welding tasks as needed for repairs or installations
- Provide exceptional customer service while interacting with clients on-site.
- Document all service calls, repairs, and maintenance performed accurately
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role in field service
- Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in equipment repair
- Ability to read and interpret schematics related to HVAC systems
- Familiarity with HVAC tools and equipment necessary for installation and repair
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Certification in HVAC or relevant training is a plus
