Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing therapeutic care to pediatric patients. This role requires a deep understanding of pediatric development and the ability to develop personalized treatment plans. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patient needs.
- Develop individualized plans of care for each patient.
- Provide center based therapy in a 1:1 setting.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team of behavior analysts, speech therapists, and occupational therapy assistants to support each individual's learning journey.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities and outcomes.
- Supervision and mentorship of Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants
