We're looking for a reliable, self-motivated driver to join us as our first dedicated long-haul driver. This is an opportunity to get in at the ground level of a growing business — with real earning potential, a clear path to a management role as we expand, and a route schedule that gives you time at home between runs.
What the job looks like:
You'll be based out of our Traverse City warehouse, driving a Ram 3500 pulling a 22ft enclosed trailer. Runs take you across the East Coast, South, Midwest, and occasionally the West Coast. This role involves significant time on the road — typically 4–15 days per run — so we need someone who enjoys driving and is comfortable being away from home regularly. You’ll spend a week in traverse city between most runs.
Deliveries are threshold — pieces go to the first dry area. You'll also handle occasional pickups from other dealers along the way.

- Base salary (60-70k) depending on experience + commission on third-party pickup revenue — the more you hustle on the road, the more you earn

- personable with excellent communication skills
- able to solve problems efficiently while on the road
- willing to put our clients first and provide top tier service
-clean MVR — requirement
-experience towing trailers (enclosed trailer experience preferred)
-ability to lift and maneuver heavy furniture
-comfortable spending a significant amount of time on the road
-DOT physical required prior to start
