Nexus Promotions Group is looking for an Entry Level Customer Sales Representative to support customer support and sales outreach campaigns for government assisted wireless solutions throughout San Diego, CA and nearby surrounding areas. In this position, you will participate in face-to-face customer engagement efforts, market affordable wireless options, and assist customers during enrollment process in assigned territories. This role centers around helping customers access affordable data plans and government assisted wireless services through informative and customer-focused interaction.
Entry Level Customer Sales Representative Key Responsibilities
- Conduct face-to-face outreach to market government assisted wireless solutions and affordable mobile data plans.
- Educate customers on how our products and services can meet their needs.
- Identify customer usage to provide accurate services that would suit their lifestyle.
- Assist customers during the full enrollment process while following company standards
- Keep all customer records organized to help keep organizational data consistent.
- Identify opportunities for new outreach learnings for continuous improvement.

Entry Level Customer Sales Representative Qualifications

Pay: $52,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
