We’re a busy and growing site civil construction company looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team. We're looking for someone who understands civil work inside and out and can keep projects moving efficiently from start to finish.

What You’ll Do
- Manage site civil projects from kickoff through completion
- Coordinate with engineers, field crews, subcontractors, and clients
- Keep projects on track with schedules and day-to-day operations
- Identify and solve issues before they become bigger problems
- Make sure work is done safely and meets all requirements
- Track costs and keep projects running within budget
- Stay in touch with clients and provide regular updates
- Visit job sites to check progress and quality of work
What We’re Looking For
- Solid experience in site civil construction (earthwork, utilities, grading, drainage, roads, etc.)
- Someone who can handle multiple projects in a fast-paced setting
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Good understanding of how work gets done in the field
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to make decisions
Required Software Experience
You should be comfortable using:
- Procore
- SharePoint
- Microsoft Project
- Excel
- Sage
- Bluebeam
- Trimble
