As a VDC Detailer at Archer Mechanical, you'll turn complex mechanical and plumbing systems into precise, buildable models and shop drawings that our fabrication shop and field crews rely on every day. Your work bridges the gap between design and installation — when a model is clean and a spool drawing is right, the field moves faster and the job runs smoother. That impact starts with you.
You'll collaborate closely with our BIM Leads, Project Managers, Superintendents, fabrication teams, and field personnel to make sure every model, spool drawing, and installation document meets project requirements and Archer's standards for quality and constructability.
We're looking for someone who's detail-oriented, organized, and proactive — a problem-solver who takes pride in getting it right. Just as important, we want someone eager to keep learning. You'll deepen your expertise in mechanical and plumbing systems, fabrication, and coordination, with real opportunities to grow your skills and advance your career here.
