Job Overview:
We are a growing, client-focused CPA firm dedicated to providing exceptional tax, accounting and advisory services to individuals and small business. Our accounting firm has an opening for an experienced senior or manager-level accountant with heavy tax experience, CPA or CPA candidate. The candidate will have experience with individual and business return preparation and review, client accounting and payroll reporting. This position requires significant client contact and the ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines. We are looking for someone willing to assume the responsibilities required to service a diverse and expanding client base
Responsibilities
- Prepare and review individual and business tax returns (1040, 1065, 1120S, 1120, 1041)
- Provide tax research, planning, projections, extensions and estimates
- Assist clients with maintaining their general ledger and financial reporting
- Support client’s payroll processing and related filings
- Communicate with clients concerning compliance and planning
- Maintain accurate and organized workpapers
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of public accounting experience
- Licensed CPA or CPA candidate
- Proficient with federal, state and local taxation
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Proficiency with Excel

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
