We are growing and looking for a Blister Engineer who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and working closely with operations to keep production running smoothly.
This is a hands-on engineering role with real responsibility and visibility across engineering, quality, maintenance, and operations teams. You’ll play a key part in supporting blister packaging projects, optimizing performance, and helping ensure we meet customer and regulatory expectations.

Lead and support blister packaging projects from planning through execution

Develop and maintain engineering documentation, test plans, and validation activities

Partner with operations and maintenance teams to troubleshoot equipment and improve performance

Coordinate multiple projects while meeting timelines and quality standards

Identify process improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and reliability

Support regulatory compliance and documentation requirements in a regulated manufacturing environment

Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners

3–5 years of experience working with blister packaging equipment (such as Uhlmann, Pharmworks, Blipack, or similar)

Engineering degree or relevant technical experience

Experience in pharmaceutical, food, or regulated manufacturing environments preferred

Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing production needs
