Overview:

This full-time, in-office position plays a key role in delivering top-tier service to homeowners, board members, and vendors across the communities we manage.
Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for inbound calls and emails from residents, board members, and vendors.

Resolve inquiries related to community rules, assessments, maintenance requests, and general HOA operations.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up to ensure resolution.

Work closely with community managers and other internal departments to escalate and address more complex issues.

Assist in processing architectural requests, amenity reservations, and account status updates.

Qualifications:
