Beehive Rental & Sales is growing, and we’re looking for a solid, dependable mechanic to join our team. We’re a family-run business, and we take pride in doing things right—for our customers and for each other.
This role is hands-on and requires someone who can work independently, think through problems, and take ownership of their work.
What the job involves:
Working on medium to large equipment, including diagnosing issues, completing repairs, and keeping machines job-ready. This includes hydraulic systems, rebuilding rams, preventative maintenance, and general equipment upkeep.
Day-to-day expectations:
- Diagnose and repair equipment accurately
- Perform maintenance and inspections
- Work on hydraulic systems
- Document work orders and equipment condition
- Keep a clean and safe workspace
- Assist with loading/unloading and occasional field repairs
- Follow safety standards and procedures
What we’re looking for:
- 2+ years of equipment mechanic experience
- Strong diagnostic skills (required)
- Knowledge of construction equipment and tools
- Ability to lift 50–70 lbs
- Self-motivated and able to work without constant direction
- Willingness to learn and be part of a team
Rental industry experience is a plus, but not required.
Pay is DOE.
