Join the team at Pū Kena! We’re looking for a reliable, friendly, and hardworking person who enjoys connecting with people and creating a great coffee experience. Experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person.
Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality coffee, matcha, and other drinks.
- Operate POS systems efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food handling and sanitation standards
- Assist customers with menu selections, answer questions about beverages, and provide outstanding customer service
- Ensure food safety and proper food handling practices are followed at all times
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly while maintaining quality standards
Skills
- Proven experience as a Barista or in food service
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining a friendly demeanor
