We are seeking a dynamic team member for our chiropractic & performance clinic. We're seeking an organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of The Fort Performance & Chiropractic. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, patients, and team members, ensuring a positive and professional experience. Your energetic approach and exceptional organizational skills will help maintain smooth daily operations, manage communications effectively, and support various administrative functions. Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly and professionally, directing them appropriately and ensuring a positive first impression
- Manage multi-line phone systems with courteous phone etiquette, screening calls and taking accurate messages
- Handle incoming correspondence, emails, and inquiries efficiently using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and productivity software
- Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and ensure accuracy in clerical tasks such as proofreading and document management
- Support appointment scheduling and calendar management using various digital tools, including Google Calendar or similar platforms
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions promptly and supporting patient needs with professionalism and care
Qualifications
- Proven office experience with strong clerical skills including data entry, filing, and document proofreading
- Excellent computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and familiarity with productivity software
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional phone etiquette skills for handling multi-line phone systems confidently
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist, medical receptionist or personal assistant is a plus but not required
- Knowledge of front desk operations, office management practices, and customer support techniques
- Ability to demonstrate technical proficiency in office equipment and software tools such as typing at an efficient speed and managing calendar schedules
