Your mission is to turn new nurse leads into booked, qualified, and shown appointments for our Advisor team.
You move fast, follow up relentlessly, and protect the calendar so only serious nurses make it to calls.
You are not selling on these calls. Your job is speed-to-lead, follow-up, and show-rate excellence.
What You Own
A lead comes in from Meta ads, organic content, referrals, or live events—or a nurse raises her hand by downloading a resource or registering for something free.
Your outcome:
A consult call booked within 72 hours, intake form completed, reminders sent, and the nurse shows up.
Core Responsibilities
- Speed to lead: Respond to new leads within 5 minutes during your coverage hours via SMS, DM, or phone
- Book fast: Offer same-day, next-day, or day-after slots and get leads booked within 72 hours whenever possible
- Run the follow-up cadence (Days 0–7):
- Day 0: Double-dial → voicemail → immediate text, plus two additional texts
- Days 1–2: Two touches per day (AM/PM) + text after second call
- Days 3–6: One touch per day (call or text)
- Protect show rate: Ensure every booking has confirmations and reminders (automated + manual night-before, morning-of, and 60-minute reminders)
- Reschedule quickly: Rebook no-shows and last-minute cancellations fast
- Pull calls forward: Move appointments up by offering earlier “cancellation” slots
- CRM hygiene: Log every touch in HubSpot, including stage updates, notes, and next steps
How You’re Measured (KPIs)
- Median response time to new leads (≤ 5 minutes)
- Appointments booked (daily, weekly, monthly)
- Show rate on booked appointments
- Daily activity volume (calls, texts, conversations started)
- CRM accuracy and task completion (no lead left without a next step)
Requirements
- Enjoys calling and texting; comfortable with high-volume outreach
- Clear, warm communicator who can follow a proven script
- Organized, reliable, and confident using CRMs and SMS/email tools (HubSpot experience preferred)
- Full-time availability, including some evenings and weekends (our nurses work shifts)

Pay: $5,000.00 - $7,000.00 per month
