Hampton Manor is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Director of Sales & Marketing to lead occupancy growth, business development, community outreach, and marketing initiatives. This leadership position is responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing plans that drive census growth while maintaining the highest level of service and satisfaction for prospective residents, families, referral partners, and community stakeholders.
The Director of Sales & Marketing serves as the primary ambassador for the community and plays a critical role in achieving occupancy goals through relationship building, lead generation, professional networking, community engagement, and sales conversion. The ideal candidate is an experienced sales professional with exceptional communication skills, a passion for senior living, and a proven ability to achieve measurable results.
Additional Director-Level Responsibilities
- Develop and execute annual occupancy and revenue growth strategies.
- Lead all sales, marketing, branding, and community outreach efforts.
- Establish and maintain strategic referral partnerships throughout the healthcare community.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and demographic data to identify growth opportunities.
- Present occupancy, marketing, and sales performance reports to senior leadership.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure maximum return on investment.
- Serve as a member of the community leadership team and participate in strategic planning initiatives.
- Represent Hampton Manor at professional, civic, and industry events.
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
