Wellbound is seeking a highly motivated and passionate Speech-Language Pathology Clinical Fellow (CFY) to join our growing team! We are a dynamic home health agency committed to providing exceptional speech and language services to children and adults with diverse needs. We serve all 5 boroughs and Long Island. This role offers the opportunity to support functional independence and quality of life through hands-on, patient-centered care in a home-based setting.
Responsibilities
- This is an excellent opportunity for a recent speech graduate to gain valuable clinical experience under the guidance of experienced ASHA-certified supervisors.
As a CFY at Wellbound, you will:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language assessments to the special needs population.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Deliver evidence-based therapy services.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including other therapists and physicians.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
- Participate in regular supervision meetings and professional development activities.

Requirements
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an ASHA-accredited program.
- Eligible for a Limited License from the Office of Professions.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of current best practices.
