Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Human Resources Specialist to join our team and drive our HR initiatives forward. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing a broad spectrum of human resources functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance management. Responsibilities
- Lead talent acquisition efforts by sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting interviews, and managing applicant tracking systems (ATS) to fill open positions efficiently.
- Facilitate employee orientation programs to onboard new hires smoothly and introduce them to company policies and culture.
- Oversee employee evaluation processes, providing guidance on performance management and development plans that align with organizational goals.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and workers' compensation claims, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
- Manage HR data collection and analysis using systems such as HRIS (Human Resources Information System), Excel, and other HR software like Workday or SAP SuccessFactors for strategic decision-making.
- Support change management initiatives by assisting with organizational design, succession planning, and affirmative action planning to promote diversity and inclusion.
- Handle employee relations issues with professionalism, employing conflict management skills to resolve disputes effectively while maintaining confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in human resources management or HR department roles with a strong understanding of employment law in talent management.
- Demonstrated expertise in human capital management, workforce management, and project management within HR functions.
- Familiarity with HR systems such as Oracle HCM, UltiPro, Taleo, or ADP is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance management including FMLA (Family Medical Leave Act), OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration), and other employment regulations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly and professionally.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for data analysis and reporting purposes.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $51,870.21 - $62,467.36 per year
