We're a busy dental practice looking for a driven, people-loving go-getter to own our hygiene schedule. This is not a passive front-desk role — this is the engine of our practice. If you like the thrill of hitting targets and getting rewarded for it, keep reading.
No experience needed — all training provided. If you've got the personality and the drive, we'll teach you everything else.
What you'll do:
- Own the hygiene schedule and keep it full, day in and day out
- Call patients to confirm, reschedule, and fill open slots
- Run reactivation campaigns — reach out to patients who've fallen off the schedule and get them back in the chair
- Work the cancellation and ASAP lists to fill same-day and next-day openings fast
- Track recare and overdue patients so no one slips through the cracks
- Partner with our hygienists and front office to keep the day productive
What we're looking for:
- Excellent people skills — you're warm, confident, and genuinely enjoy connecting with people
- Great communication — clear, friendly, and persuasive on the phone
- Persistence and follow-through; you don't give up after one voicemail
- Organized and self-motivated — you treat the schedule like it's your own business
- Goal-oriented and energized by hitting numbers
- No dental or scheduling experience required — we'll train you fully
