What You’ll Do:
- Manage personal injury cases from intake to settlement or litigation.
- Communicate regularly with clients, insurance companies, medical providers, and attorneys.
- Ensure all case files are organized, accurate, and up-to-date.
- Obtain and review medical records and bills to support claims.
- Prepare demand packages and assist in negotiating settlements.
- Track case deadlines and assist attorneys in preparing for hearings, mediations, and trials.
- Guide clients through the personal injury process with professionalism and empathy.
- Handle lien resolution and coordinate medical treatment for clients.
- Work closely with attorneys to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients.
What We’re Looking For:
- A strong communicator who can build trust with clients and handle sensitive conversations with care.
- An organized and detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple cases efficiently.
- A proactive problem solver who anticipates next steps and keeps cases moving.
- Experience in personal injury case management
- Familiarity with legal terminology, medical records, and insurance claims.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new case management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Organizational Strength & Detail Orientation: Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail. Able to manage scheduling, lead tracking, and intake documentation accurately and efficiently. Capable of juggling multiple tasks without letting anything slip through the cracks.
- Tech Proficiency: Comfortable using client intake and CRM systems such as Filevine or similar platforms. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar) and phone communication tools. Able to learn new systems quickly and adapt to technology-driven workflows.
