Qualifications:
- Texas CNA and Medication Aide Certificate is required
- Ability to use the 5 rights of medication administration during administration of medication to residents

Responsibilities
- Administer medications to patients according to prescribed dosages and schedules.
- Document medication administration accurately in patient records using EMR and EHR systems.
- Provide patient care with a focus on safety, compassion, and respect.
- Assist with tube feeding and catheter care as needed.
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.
- Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
