What You'll Do:-
Coordinate daily project activities and communicate with customers, owners, project stakeholders, and field personnel

Support scheduling, reporting, inspections, quality tracking, and project documentation

Track and coordinate project materials, tools, equipment, supplies, shipping, and receiving activities

Assist with safety meetings, inspections, audits, and overall jobsite safety initiatives

Work closely with home office departments including Operations, Engineering, Purchasing, Accounting, Payroll, Safety, and Sales

Monitor project schedules and support field execution to help ensure timely project completion

Review and track weld maps, quality documents, rentals, and third-party resources

Learn field layouts, equipment, assemblies, and construction processes through hands-on project involvement
What You Need to Bring:-
Two-year technical education degree or equivalent industrial construction field experience is preferred

Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Microsoft Project

Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining accuracy

Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn new responsibilities
