What You’ll Do
* Build wood, vinyl and ornamental fences
* Install posts, rails, pickets, gates, and hardware
* Dig post holes and set concrete
* Operate hand and power tools safely
* Load and unload materials
* Maintain clean and organized job sites
* Work alongside a team to complete projects safely and efficiently
* Learn additional skills including deck building, pergolas, and exterior carpentry

Construction or fencing experience is a plus—but it’s not required.

* Independent Contractor (1099) during the introductory period
