Your Role:
As a Physical Therapist at StoneStar Health, you will:
-
Evaluate patients to assess their physical condition and identify therapy needs.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and functionality.
-
Provide hands-on therapy, including exercises and manual techniques, tailored to each patient’s goals.

Educate patients and their families on recovery processes, including exercises and prevention strategies.

Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
-
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.
-
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress.
