What You’ll Do
You’ll be part of a hands-on care team helping residents live safely, comfortably, and with dignity. Your role includes:
- Supporting residents with daily care, including hygiene and mobility
- Following care plans and ensuring each resident’s needs are met
- Building relationships with residents, families, and your team
- Helping with meals, activities, and creating a positive environment
- Keeping communication clear with supervisors and team members
- Pitching in with housekeeping, laundry, and general support tasks
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate mindset
- Reliability and the ability to follow through independently
- Willingness to complete required Oregon Care Partners training
- Experience in memory care is a plus, but not required
The Reality of the Role
This is active, meaningful work:
- 12-hour shifts (NOC)
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting (up to 100 lbs)
- Fast-paced environment where teamwork matters
