Responsibilities
- Handle large cash transactions with accuracy, including deposits, withdrawals, and cash management activities
- Safeguard vault assets by adhering to strict security protocols and fraud prevention measures
- Assist customers with financial services such as account inquiries, loan origination support, and product upselling
- Process loan applications and related documentation efficiently while ensuring compliance with bank policies
- Manage cash flow through precise debits and credits, maintaining balanced cash drawers and vaults
- Build strong customer relationships through attentive service and proactive relationship management strategies
- Detect and prevent potential fraud or suspicious activity by monitoring transactions and conducting thorough reviews
Skills
- Proven experience in financial sales, customer relationship management, or banking roles
- Strong understanding of cash handling, cashiering, retail math, and basic math skills
- Knowledge of financial software systems and proficiency with 10-key typing for quick data entry
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Ability to perform accurate math calculations involving debits & credits, cash management, and loan processing
- Familiarity with fraud prevention techniques and detection methods in financial transactions
- Demonstrated ability to upsell banking products while maintaining a customer-centric approach
