Experience Level: Mid-level to Expert | 3–6 Years Experience Preferred
We're looking for a creative, analytical Digital Marketing Specialist to develop, execute, and optimize campaigns across paid and organic channels — driving brand awareness and customer acquisition for our growing team.
NOTE: Portfolio of work is required for consideration.
Campaign Management
- Plan and execute integrated campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and other digital channels
- Manage budgets, monitor KPIs, and optimize for ROI
- Run A/B tests and produce performance reports with actionable insights
Paid Advertising & Analytics
- Build and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube)
- Manage Facebook and Instagram campaigns via Meta Business Suite
- Use Google Analytics to track performance, user behavior, and conversions
Content & Design
- Write ad copy and social content aligned with brand voice
- Produce graphics and visual assets using Canva or similar tools
- Ensure consistent messaging across all digital touchpoints
Required
- 2+ years in digital marketing
- Hands-on Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager experience with measurable results
- Proficiency in Google Analytics
- Graphic design experience (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar)
- Strong written communication and project management skills
Preferred
- Google Ads or Meta certification
- Experience with Go High Level or other marketing automation platforms
- CRO experience
- Photography or video editing skills
