Less Impact, LLC is a small business in CONSTRUCTION in Indianapolis, IN. We have 40 plus years in Costruction. Residential, Commercial and Land Development.
We PICK AND CHOOSE the jobs on which we work.
We are NOT churn and burn but do expect to make money with tradesman that know their trades and are efficient and productive.
Our work environment includes:
- Working in the FIELD / PROJECTS on SELECT Proects
- Potential advancement to Superintendent
Should have all tools to do Carpentry and most other simple tasks with the exception of Plumbing, Electrical or HVAC. That experience does NOT exclude you but our emphasis is on CARPENTRY SKILLS. Should have ALL OWN TOOLS.
- Framing Experience (prefer new full home experience)
- Interior Trim Experience (High end)
Responsibilities:
- Communications is world class
- World Class Customer service.
- Independent worker with MINIMAL supervision needed
- Residential Subdivision with homes under construction by others. Assist in maintenancer / appearance of subdivision and our Development Company.
- Work as part of a team.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $23.00 - $40.00 per hour
