Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate, hands-on Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager in driving sales and fostering a positive, productive team culture. As a key leader on the floor, you are a master of clienteling—blending exceptional styling skills with operational excellence to create a welcoming and organized environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Sales & Styling: Keep customer service the #1 priority. Lead by example on the floor to build client wardrobes, suggest strategic add-ons, and achieve daily KPIs.
- Lead & Mentor: Act as a stellar role model. Help train, inspire, and develop our sales associates to reach their full, stylish potential.
- Elevate the Experience: Deliver deeply personalized service that turns first-time visitors into lifelong fans using our signature T-H-R-E-A-D training model.
- Build-a-Box Expert: Master our custom gifting experience, helping clients curate the ultimate thoughtful, beautifully presented gifts.
- Lead with Empathy: Keep a positive, solution-oriented atmosphere running high, seamlessly stepping in as the manager-on-duty when needed.

Non-Negotiable Requirements
- Retail Management: Minimum 1 year of retail management, supervisory, or keyholder experience.
- Fashion Foundations: Minimum 3+ years of fashion retail experience.
- Open Availability: Comfortable working a dynamic retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Team Developer: Proven experience supporting, coaching, and leveling up a sales team.
