About the Role
We are seeking a reliable Material Handler to support production at our industrial coating facility. This position focuses on staging, handling, and moving parts through the production process to keep operations running efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Support production by staging, handling, and moving parts through the coating process
- Move racks and materials between prep, coating, and finishing areas using a forklift
- Prepare parts for production (cleaning, masking, sanding)
- Load and unload parts from production racks
- Use basic hand and power tools for part preparation
- Maintain organized racks, parts, and work areas
- Forklift duties will account for approximately 5-10% of total daily activities.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of manufacturing or production experience
- Forklift experience required
- Experience using basic hand and power tools
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Valid Driver’s License
- Authorized to work in the United States
Physical Requirements
- Ability to remain on your feet for the full shift
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
- Able to perform repetitive labor intensive tasks
- Full mobility and range of motion required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.50 - $18.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 – 45.0 per week

- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- Manufacturing: 1 year (Required)
- Ride on Forklift: 1 year (Required)
- Powder or Industrial Coating : 1 year (Preferred)
