Who This Role Is For:
This is NOT an entry-level position.
We want someone who:
- Has real hardscape experience (2–5+ years minimum)
- Takes pride in clean, precise work
- Understands grade, base prep, drainage, and compaction
- Can move fast without sacrificing quality
- Is capable of leading or stepping into a leadership role
Responsibilities
- Install paver patios, retaining walls, and outdoor features
- Perform excavation, grading, and base preparation
- Read and execute layout plans and elevations
- Operate equipment (skid loader, excavator, compactor, etc.)
- Ensure projects meet ICPI and industry standards
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
- Work with crew to hit production goals and deadlines
- Communicate professionally with team and leadership
Preferred Qualifications (What Sets You Apart)
Experience with Unilock, Versa-Lok, Redi-Rock, or similar systems
- Ability to read plans, elevations, and laser levels
- Experience running a crew or leading installs
- Strong understanding of base depth, compaction lifts, and drainage
- CDL or equipment experience (bonus)
- Ability to troubleshoot problems on-site without constant direction
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $28.15 per hour
